Scope of Work
Exterior: new hurricane impact windows, upgraded landscaping, new community center with state of the art kitchen, large gathering area, living room, computer area, furnishings throughout, and outdoor covered pavilion
Interior: complete renovation throughout includes vinyl plank flooring, lighting, paint, and furnishings, reconfigured front office, updated restrooms, and plumbing, complete renovation of all units includes new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, paint, fixtures, dehumidifiers, and new bathroom to include replacement of tubs with showers
