Testimonials

  1. This testimonial is a little different – this is about the accomplishment of our Project Manager Viveca Callahan.

The Peachtree Road Race started in Atlanta in 1970 on July 4th at the corner of Peachtree St. and Roswell Rd. with just 150 entrants of which 110 finished the 6.2 mile run.  Today the Peachtree is the largest 10k road race in the country with 60,000 participants and winds through the streets of Buckhead and Midtown, ending at Piedmont Park.

Each year participants of the Peachtree Road Race must run and qualify in previous race to be able to run the Peachtree and are then put into a lottery and selected to run.  Viveca has qualified for the past 13 years to run the Peachtree and last year her picture was in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution!

We are excited to share this great picture of our very own Viveca running the Peachtree!  She’ll be running again this year on July 4th.  We are very proud of her accomplishment!

A MESSAGE FROM OWNERS OF OUR COMMUNITIES

  1. Our affordable communities were born out of God’s call to help provide long term housing for senior residents.  We view our properties as God’s assets, and in that light, the management company we select has the high bar of managing what God has provided. We view our housing assets as ministry, and we want to provide environments where we would want our own parents to live peacefully and comfortably.

To provide this type of loving community we must have managers that share our standard of care for those we serve.  Mansermar/Mid-America management and staff share our vision of respect, service and attention to detail and they insure our facilities are friendly, clean, safe and comfortable environments. When one walks onto a Mansermar managed property, and into their corporate offices in Atlanta for that matter, the feeling of quality and love is obvious. You can see and feel the competence and warmth in the on-site staff, and you will hear about it from the residents.  With 30 years of transcontinental property management experience, the Mansermar team has a great depth of HUD and regulatory reporting experience, and they manage our several thousand residences with attention to detail that also produces excellent bottom line results for each development. These results insure our ability to be good stewards of the capital entrusted to us to provide these communities. God has blessed us with the right partner to be a blessing to the senior adult population.
