Plaza Towers was built in 1983 and was acquired and rehabbed in 2024 utilizing 11.8M in 2024 4% LIHTC & $16M Tax-Exempt Bonds with construction completion in 2025. Plaza Towers operates under a Section 8 HAP Contract.
Scope of Work
Exterior: new roof, window replacement, garden beds, parking lot resurfacing, refurbishing of the building envelope
Interior: Office and common area updates, mail facilities, laundry facilities, LED enhanced lighting & new paint throughout, total renovation of units with open concept includes new kitchen, bathroom, vinyl plank flooring, paint, and fixtures
