Service Coordinator - Plaza Towers in Greenville, TN.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced full time Property Manager for our established affordable housing management community Plaza Towers in Greenville, TN. The preferred applicant should two years experience with service management, strong interpersonal and communications skills, including oral and written communications, and experience with Word, Excel and the American Association of Service Coordinator’s computer program.    

The Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day identification of human service needs of residents of a housing facility, specifically related to issues of aging in place. Responsibilities include researching and maintaining a network of service providers and eligibility, maintaining a service directory of local resources, interacting with local agencies and service providers in the community, and acting as liaison between management and service agencies in the community.

Asset Manager - Corporate Office in Duluth, GA.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced full time Asset Manager for our established affordable housing management company in Duluth, GA. This position will oversee a multi-state portfolio of senior affordable housing communities supported by Section 8 and LIHTC programs. This role serves as the voice of ownership, ensuring strong financial performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term preservation of housing where older adults can thrive. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in affordable multifamily housing, asset management, or real estate finance, working knowledge of LIHTC and/or Section 8 operations and compliance expectations, strong financial analysis skills and advanced Excel proficiency. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

This position will provide performance oversight and direction to Regional Property Management Leaders to maintain high operational standards across the portfolio. The ideal candidate is analytical, energetic, mission-aligned, and confident leading across teams while balancing asset strategy with day-to-day property realities. Responsibilities include conducting regular asset reviews, site visits, and portfolio check-ins to ensure consistent standards, reviewing annual budgets, forecasts, and operating strategies to ensure asset goals are achieved, and ensuring properties remain compliant with LIHTC, Section 8, and regulatory agreements.

Maintenance Technician - Crestwood Towers in Gallatin, TN.

 

We are currently seeking an experienced full time maintenance technician for our established affordable housing community Crestwood Towers in Gallatin, TN.   The preferred applicant should have excellent skills in routine building repairs, general maintenance and upkeep of an apartment building. Excellent people skills are a plus.

Responsibilities include general upkeep of the building and resident apartments as well as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance installation as needed. Must be a self starter.
