Covington, GA
$10.35M senior affordable housing development consisting of an existing 114-unit high-rise rehab. Covington Square was built in 1985 and was acquired and rehabbed in 2023 with construction completion in 2025. Covington Square operates under a Section 8 HAP contract.
Scope of Work
Exterior: New roof, energy efficient windows, replacement of building envelope, parking lot resurfacing, and an updated gathering area.
Interior: Upgrading kitchens and bathrooms including replacement of appliances with energy star, new vinyl plank flooring, cabinets, quartz countertops, and low threshold showers. The scope will also include an updated an expanded community room, new laundry rooms on the second and fifth floors, office and common area updates, and LED enhanced lighting and new paint throughout the building.
