$12.6M senior affordable housing development consisting of an existing 75-unit mid-rise rehab. Heywood Gardens was built in 1993 and was acquired and rehabbed in 2023 with construction completion in 2025. Heywood Gardens operates under a Section 8 HAP contract.
Scope of Work
Exterior: new generator, roof, energy efficient windows, garden beds, and HVAC, expanded parking, outdoor courtyard with pavilion
Interior: new expanded community center, fitness center, salon, entryway vestibule with call system, mail facilities, expanded offices and laundry facilities, total renovation of units with open concept includes new kitchen, bathroom, vinyl plank flooring, paint, and fixtures
