Scope of Work

Exterior: new hurricane impact windows, paint, and upgraded landscaping

Interior: complete renovation throughout includes new vinyl plank flooring, lighting, paint, and furnishings, reconfigured front office, updated restrooms and plumbing, complete renovation of all units to include new kitchen, lighting, vinyl plank flooring, paint, PTAC units, and new bathroom to include replacement of tubs with showers
