$36.7M senior affordable housing development consisting of an existing 92-unit high-rise rehab & a 40-unit mid-rise new construction building. The existing building, Christian Towers I, was built in 1983 and was acquired and rehabbed in 2021 with Christian Towers II completing construction in 2024. Both buildings operate under a Section 8 HAP contract.
Scope of Work
Exterior: parking lot with expansion, window replacement, and a completely new 40 unit building with four stories, community area with state of the art kitchen, laundry room, salon, and office space
Interior: Total renovation of 92 units include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, replaced appliances with energy star appliances, new vinyl plank flooring, and enhanced lighting. Rehab of first floor community center, new fitness center and computer room, new vinyl plank flooring, paint, and furnishings throughout
