Applewood Towers was built in 1983 and was acquired and rehabbed in 2024 utilizing 22M in 2024 4% LIHTC & $24M Tax-Exempt Bonds in conjunction with Applewood Towers II with construction completion in 2025. Applewood Towers operates under a Section 8 HAP Contract.
Scope of Work
Exterior: new roof, window replacement, garden beds, parking lot resurfacing, refurbishing of the building envelope, new community building in between Applewood Towers & Applewood Towers II
Interior: fitness center, wellness center, entryway vestibule with call system, mail facilities, updated offices and laundry facilities, total renovation of units with open concept includes new kitchen, bathroom, vinyl plank flooring, paint, and fixtures
