Pineridge apartment community offers 51 garden level apartment homes for residents that enjoy independent living. Residents must be 62 or older however a select number of the units are available for younger adults that are mobility impaired. We offer 39 self-contained one-bedroom apartments that include a living/dining area, full kitchen and bath; as well as 12 efficiency apartments that include a full kitchen and living/dining/sleeping area. We are a Pet-friendly community and the residents of Pineridge enjoy a smoke-free environment.
We have also been received the Community of Quality award given by NAHMA.
