Property Manager - Colbert Square in Woodstock, GA.
We are currently seeking an experienced full time property manager for our established affordable housing community Colbert Square in Woodstock, GA. The preferred applicant should have excellent skills in office management and organization. Excellent people skills are a plus.
Responsibilities include general day to day operations, the direction and supervision of all personnel, handling leases, collecting rent, recertification paperwork, property inspections, and providing excellent customer service to the residents.
