    We are currently seeking an experienced full time maintenance technician for our established affordable housing community Christian Towers in Lexington, KY.   The preferred applicant should have excellent skills in routine building repairs, general maintenance and upkeep of an apartment building. Excellent people skills are a plus.

    Responsibilities include general upkeep of the building and resident apartments as well as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance installation as needed.

    Must be a self starter.

  5. Service Coordinator Azalea Christian Manor-Jackson, MS.

    We are currently seeking an experienced full time Service Coordinator for our established affordable housing community Azalea Christian Manor in Jackson, MS. The preferred applicant should two years experience with service management, strong interpersonal and communications skills, including oral and written communications, and experience with Word, Excel and the American Association of Service Coordinator’s computer program.

    The Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day identification of human service needs of residents of a housing facility, specifically related to issues of aging in place. Responsibilities include researching and maintaining a network of service providers and eligibility, maintaining a service directory of local resources, interacting with local agencies and service providers in the community, and acting as liaison between management and service agencies in the community.

    We are currently seeking an experienced custodial/maintenance helper for our community Palmetto Towers, in Sumter, SC.

    The preferred applicant should have hands-on working experience in apartment or building janitorial services, or other related skills. Must be a self starter (bi-lingual skills are a plus)

    Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the building in a superior condition by vacuuming carpets, cleaning floors, dusting, emptying trash cans, taking out trash. They will be cleaning common areas, bathrooms, the laundry room, handling inventory, and assisting maintenance as needed.

  10. Asset Manager Corporate Office - Duluth, GA

    We are currently seeking an experienced asset manager for our corporate office in Duluth, GA. The preferred applicant should have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision,  and should have extensive Property Management experience.  The applicant must be able to work with a diverse workforce and be able to encourage and inspire subordinates comply with the company’s core values.  They must demonstrate good judgement in day-to-day operations, be well organized, flexible and have the ability to multi-task.  They must be able to maintain accurate records, review the work of others and hold them accountable and be trustworthy, dependable, proactive and show initiative.  They must always conduct themselves in a professional manner.
